How to order

The screen gallery offers a range of designer screens available to purchase immediately. To order simply complete our Enquiry/Order Form to enable us to check stock availability, or alternatively telephone 0845 680 9783.

The despatch time for a screen will vary, dependent on stock availability and delivery time.

Bespoke and Upholstered Folding Screens

To better understand your requirements, we would always welcome a discussion with you before providing a detailed quote.

We will always require a sample of the fabric prior to commencement of work to ensure correct code and colour matching.

To enable us to do this, please complete our enquiry form and we will contact you at your convenience.

Delivery UK

The despatch time for a screen will vary, dependent upon fabric availability.

Please allow 28 days from receipt of payment. We will advise should this be extended due to unforseen circumstances.

All items are carefully packaged and delivered by courier to your door. As these are high value items we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

There is a minimum £25.00 + VAT delivery charge to anywhere in the UK.

International Delivery

A shipping charge will be advised for orders outside of the United Kindom.

Cancellations

Bespoke and Upholstered Folding Screens

If an order is cancelled within 5 working days we will happily refund 80% of the cost of the screen. Unfortunately, because our products are being made to order we will be unable to refund any monies after this period. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Payment

All cheques to be made to "the screen gallery". For bespoke screens, a deposit of 50% is required prior to commencement of work. For all other products, full payment is required prior to despatch.
